Q.  What is a HOA Management Company and Why do we use one?
A HOA Management Company is responsible for: guiding and consulting with the board of directors to fulfill their duties, executes the decisions, directives, and policies approved by the board of directors, and document transactions accounting and otherwise, activities, and records of the association.  Since some tasks become overwhelming for the volunteer board of directors, MPHOA obtained the services of a professional third-party management company to effectively help the Board.

Q.  When is trash pickup day and recyle pickup day?
Trash Pickup is picked every Monday and Recycle Pickup is every other Tuesday, e.g. June 2, June 16,  June 30, etc. both are pickup by Atlantic Waste.

Q.  What are the hours for the swimming pool?
A.  The swimming pool hours are 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.

Q.  I need to dig in my yard, what should I do?
A.  Before you dig, please call 811.

Q. My street light is out.  Who do I call?
A.  You can call 311, call Georgia Power residential customer service specialists Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. at 1-888-660-5890, or go to SeeClickFix Pooler.

Q. There is a hurricane or some other natural disaster heading towards Pooler, how should I prepare? I also have a family member with special needs.
A. Contact the Chatham County Emergency Management for assistance.  For someone with special needs, please contact the Coastal Health District of Georgia for assistance.
