A HOA Management Company isresponsible for: guiding and consulting with the board of directors to fulfill their duties, executes the decisions, directives, and policies approved by the board of directors, and document transactions accounting and otherwise, activities, and records of the association. Since some tasks become overwhelming for the volunteer board of directors, MPHOA obtained the services of a professional third-party management company to effectively help the Board.
Q. When is trash pickup day and recyle pickup day? A. Trash Pickup is picked every Monday and Recycle Pickup is every other Tuesday, e.g. June 2, June 16, June 30, etc. both are pickup by Atlantic Waste.
